Office Angel Traffic Exchange Policies

This document serves as an extension of the Office Angel Business Services Terms of Use and is known as the Office Angel Traffic Exchange Policies which is limited to stipulating additional conditions and requirements for participation as a member of the Office Angel Traffic Exchange. 

Office Angel Traffic Exchange Members Site Requirements

The type of sites that are prohibited and will be rejected or deleted are:

1. Sites that are not 100% English.
2. Sites that produce any kind of dialog boxes including alerts, confirmations, prompts, downloads, htaccess login, secure server message boxes etc.
3. Sites that contain any popups that can or cannot be blocked by popup blockers.
4. Sites containing material that should not be viewed by persons under 18 years of age including nudity, profanity, gambling, psychics, dating, sales of tobacco, alcohol, viagra or similar products etc.
5. Sites containing any kind of inappropriate, or offensive content for general and christian audiences such as ocult, evil games, destructive, harmful pranks, or other similar content.
6. Sites that delay or stop the timer, disable surfbar links, break out of frames or contain exit exchanges that break out of frames.
7. Sites that are over-weighted and do not usually load within 25 seconds under normal conditions over a 56k modem connection.
8. Sites containing tiny visible or hidden frames or iframes.
9. Sites that use URL or domain forwarding, site rotators, redirects or surf links originating from other traffic exchanges.
10. Sites that automatically play sounds.
11. Sites that would cause paypal to freeze or delete our account with them such as randomizers and paid to surf.
12. Sites that have a bad reputation with the BBB such as typeinternational.
13. Sites that contain scripts that automatically adds their url to a visitors browsers start page or favorites or that contains adware, spyware, virus or any other harmful component.

Office Angel Traffic Exchange Member Obligations

Member accounts will be terminated and all member's credits lost without refund if any of the following applies:

1. Member's email address is invalid, is an autoresponder or bounces email messages back to Office Angel.
2. Member signs up for more than one (1) account.
3. Member compromises the functionality, stability, or normal operation of the traffic exchange in any way.
4. Member uses any method, mechanism, software, or script to cheat the exchange system to attain more credits or hits to their sites.
5. Member promotes their start page surf url in other traffic exchanges
6. Member attempts to run their surf link in multiple windows simultaneously.
7. Member uses spam as a method to promote their referral url.

Office Angel Traffic Exchange General Policies

Office Angel Reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership service to anyone or reject any sites at its sole discretion. 

Office Angel is not obligated to provide free bonus credits or reimburse lost free credits. 

New members must surf a minimum of 70 sites before their qualified site(s) go live.  Members must surf at least 100 sites per month or their sites will be halted by the admin until this requirement is met.

Members understand that credits may be deducted from their account for violation of any rules set forth on the OfficeAngel.Biz site. 

Furthermore, if any member violates any of the terms or policies more than three times within one month their membership may be revoked.  The member will lose all credits without refund and will no longer earn referral credits from that account.

Additionally, Office Angel reserves the right to ban any members ip from accessing any part of the OfficeAngel.Biz site who threatens or harasses Office Angel, its associates or other members and the offending member will also be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

Users also understand that Office Angel has the right to discontinue or modify any aspect of the Office Angel Traffic exchange including but not limited to the ratio, amount of bonus credits won if any, sign up credits, referral earnings, the surf timer and the policies that govern the use thereof at any time for any reason with or without notice.

Office Angel is not responsible for members' site content or any damages to members' computer(s), software or other products as a result of using the OfficeAngel.Biz website and any services or products provided within.

The Office Angel Traffic Exchange is free to sign up and therefore selling memberships or including the sign up url on a paid list of traffic exchanges without the consent of Office Angel is strictly prohibited. 

Member may cancel their membership at any time.  Members must adhere to all terms, notices, rules or policies set forth on this website including but not limited to: the Office Angel Business Services Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and this Office Angel Traffic Exchange Policies.
